Queerspace Youth is a peer-led program for Queer, Trans, Intersex, Gender Diverse or questioning people aged 18-25 years old who run monthly support groups and regular events including mental health and sexual health workshops, movie nights, art and music workshops as well as skill and capacity building activities where you can hang out and make new friends and build community.

EACH - Accessible Psychological Interventions (API)

API is a free mental health program that provides individual counselling/psychological therapy and structured group sessions for people of all ages (i.e., preschool to elderly) with, or at risk of developing a mental illness. The API Mental Health Team is highly experienced in treatment of a wide range of psychiatric disorders including but not limited to complex trauma and anxiety, depressive, substance use, personality disorders and LGBTIQ+ mental health.
